Retasks is a web app for law and accountant firms that organized complex & repeated work processes. It enhances planning, prioritizing, tracking progress, and communicating. Our challenge was to turn a template with a confusing design into a first-class interface.We went through all design stages, from UX research to establishing a style guide. As a result, we designed a clear dashboard with primary blocks for smooth navigation, created workflows page with enhanced filters for quick search, added a clients page for keeping records of an existing database.
