e-Legion continues working on the TELE2 iOS & Android app: we have developed a new, fresh and user-friendly design.e-Legion has been working with Tele2 since 2014. In 2015, we have released the first version of the application "My Tele2". The users got an opportunity to manage communication services and control their costs without contacting a help center or going to the stores. We have proceeded with adding new features and constantly analyzed the user interaction with the application. Considering the collected data, new technical requirements and guidelines we have changed the logic of the interface and made a complete redesign. In 2018, the second, updated application was released.Using the application users can:— check the balance and replenish the account without a commission on a bank card,— view the tariff plan details and change it,— enable and disable services and traffic packages,— exchange minutes for traffic,— share traffic with Tele2 friends,— order the account details according to your number by e-mail,— connect the auto payment,— keep the expenses track,— activate the offers of partners with discounts and cashback in the loyalty program “More”.
