This project is the most exciting and the most expensive real estate project we’ve done so far. We had an opportunity to spend two days in Palanga in a workshop session with architects, interior designers, sales team. Selling such locations as Palanga (Seaside) can go either magical, or very shallow. Mediapark created the whole visual concept, wrote copy and developed everything in a very precise manner.
