This web-based solution helps mobile app owners to generate additional income by collecting the app user data and selling it to analytics companies. The application only collects non-personal data that cannot be used to identify specific users and therefore is GDPR-compliant and aligns with Google’s app publishing guidelines. There is a dashboard for app "Owners" where they add details on their apps into the system and generate a key they can insert into the mobile app code. The other user type is "Admin" who has an extended dashboard functionality so that he can connect the registered apps to the data collecting networks and process payments once the revenue has been generated. We worked as full-team developers and built the dashboard's frontend and backend sides which are powered by React and Koa/Mongoose respectively. The integrations include VAT-stack for payment data validation and TransferWise for payment transfers. For PDF invoice generation, Puppeteer is used.
