CORPORATE IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT “FARMER`S HONEY”

Honung is a small bee breeding farm located in an ecologically clean part of Sweden. Traditional for this region technologies of apiculture and respect for nature are principles that allow the production of the highest quality honey.The task of the design studio was to create a logo and corporate identity for the farm that would connote such customer-specific qualities as:- traditional manufacturing techniques- cleanliness and environmental friendliness- fair use of natural resourcesIn addition, when creating a visual style, it was necessary to take into account the cultural characteristics of the region. For the font part of the logo, we have developed a unique font style, which is a grotesque of classical proportions. The decorative features of the lettering remind of the era of Northern European Gothic and the manufacturing system for producing goods. The iconic part of the logo is a heraldic bee stylized in the spirit of modern minimalism. This decision reflects the respect of the customer for its main employees—honey bees. Honey-yielding flowers stylized in the Scandinavian style are used as decorative elements. When designing the label, it was decided to use a transparent texture as a visual metaphor for the purity and integrity of the product.
