About the Project
This project is all about building a website for a microfinance organization that offers online loans. The challenge isn’t just about making the site fast and functional—it’s about making sure that even someone who’s new to online lending can easily navigate the process. Fun fact: 70% of customers apply for online loans using their smartphones. That’s why our website needs to be equally user-friendly whether you’re on a mobile device, a laptop, or a desktop.
The Task
Our main task is to create a website that doesn’t just look good but actually solves real problems for users. Imagine this: you urgently need money to fix your favorite bike that broke down at the worst possible moment. You go to a website, but there are a ton of confusing buttons, forms that are impossible to fill out on your phone, and it feels like you have to jump through hoops just to get approved. Sound familiar? Our goal is to make sure that never happens with our site. Customers should be able to fill out an application with ease and get a decision instantly—whether they’re on a jog with their phone in hand or sitting comfortably at home on their computer.
The Solution
We designed a site with an intuitive interface that works seamlessly across all devices. Less fluff—more useful information. Big buttons and easy-to-fill forms that work perfectly on any screen size. The responsive design stays functional on everything from an older smartphone to the latest tablet. This way, customers can focus on what really matters—getting their loan, not struggling with the interface. The site has become a true “superhero” for users, ready to help in any situation, whether it’s a broken bike or an unexpected car repair.
