We present you a unique project for our portfolio – our first website for a music artist.

Many of our gang like the work of “DenDerty”. We decided on our own initiative to file a presentation site for a cool musician.

The site uses large typography, a whole bunch of references to music magazines, posters, vinyl records and everything related to music are hidden. Noise animation was used on the background, which takes the user into the grunge aesthetics.

For the detailed album pages, the concept was the era of CD-ROMs and the type of their packaging. We also built the player directly into the site so that tracks and demos can be listened to without switching to other services.

The entire discography of the artist is made in the form of a grid with album covers. Using the cursor, you can navigate between them, view information and listen to tracks.

But the coolest feature on the whole site is the sad mode. When switching to it, all images and videos are displayed in duotone grunge style, and accidental signatures appear, referring to the artist’s logo. This mode conceptually echoes the work of Denderty, and the name refers to his most popular song.

In short, we did something incredibly cool again, while trying ourselves in a new direction, which we are very happy about.
